General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Products purchased on the Trameecolori.it website are sold directly by Trame e Colori srls, with registered office in Bari, at Via Venezia 33, VAT no. 08595910723.
The offer and sale of products on the Trameecolori.it website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on Trameecolori.it and accepted at checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before purchasing.
Purchase Procedure
For each product selected, a description is displayed, with an image and essential characteristics, including, for example: color, size, and unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Trameecolori.it may not correspond to the actual product due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Trame e Colori srls is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.

Product Availability
The products offered for sale and their prices are those indicated on Trameecolori.it.
If, at the time of ordering, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by multiple customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Trame e Colori srls may change the products offered for sale on Trameecolori.it and their prices at any time and without notice.
Product Price
The price of each item is indicated in euros, including taxes (VAT). Any shipping costs will be indicated before payment and calculated based on the destination of the goods. (Shipping Methods)

ORDER
Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Please remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are placed following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of products offered for sale on Trameecolori.it may be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who are acting exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Trameecolori.it is prohibited.
Order Confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with a breakdown of the product price and any shipping costs.
Payment Methods
Payment for orders is made exclusively in euros. Trame e Colori srls accepts payments via bank transfer and PayPal.

SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping Costs
All purchases are delivered via Bartolini courier. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping costs are: €5 for Italy and €20 for international deliveries (Europe only).
Delivery Times
From receipt of the order, delivery time for products is 48 business hours in Italy, but varies for Europe depending on the destination country.
Customers are requested to provide a valid address to which the goods should be delivered during delivery hours. Please inform us promptly of any address changes.
The destination address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Any delivery delays exceeding 10 (ten) days will be considered null and void. Business hours must be promptly reported by email to info@trameecolori.it
Shipping Status
The customer will receive a tracking code (waybill number) with which they can track the shipment.
Receipt of Goods
To ensure the safety of the shipment, the carrier requires the recipient’s signature upon delivery; otherwise, the goods will not be delivered.
If, upon delivery, the package appears to be damaged, the customer must open it in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend inspecting the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity delivered corresponds to the order, and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the carrier’s delivery note.
Any delivery problems must be reported promptly by email to info@trameecolori.it, and in any case within 15 calendar days of order confirmation.
If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the goods or noting on the delivery note that you accept a damaged package.
Once delivered to the indicated address and collected, the goods are no longer insured.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the products, you can request a refund or exchange.
The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows:
Return Procedure
Purchased goods may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Trame e Colori srls will refund the full cost of products returned by the customer, provided they are accompanied by a return authorization issued by Trame e Colori srls.
The refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the bank account used for the bank transfer or to your PayPal account.
To complete the return procedure, you must send an email to info@trameecolori.it to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To complete the return, please wait for the return authorization issued by Trame e Colori srls. The email with the return authorization must be included in the package.
Trame e Colori srls. Please send a pre-filled return authorization form with the destination address to be affixed to the package.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted if the procedure outlined in this section is followed.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.
The package must be handed over unopened to the courier.
Trame e Colori srls will send an email confirming receipt of the return and initiating the refund process.
Return Conditions
Products to be returned must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. They must still have all original tags and security seals intact.
Returns that do not meet all the required conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges
You may exchange the purchased product only for a similar one of a different size or measurement within 14 days of the delivery date, provided it is available.
To exchange, you must send an email with the exchange request to info@trameecolori.it. To exchange, please wait for authorization from Trame e Colori srls. Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted. Please refer to the procedures outlined in the “Return Procedures” section.
Defective Goods
Products received damaged or showing defects are considered defective.
You may request an exchange for a defective product within 14 days of the delivery date, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges.
In such cases, Trame e Colori srls will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.
The replacement product will be sent to the customer via courier at no additional shipping cost.
If replacement or repair of the product is not possible, Trame e Colori srls will issue a refund. The refund will be made to the current account used for the bank transfer.
Gift Returns
For products purchased and sent as gifts, returns may be made exclusively by the Customer and not by the gift recipient, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges.
It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Any customer who is not satisfied with the product received may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please refer to the same product return procedures outlined in the Returns/Exchanges section.
The refund will be made to the current account used for the bank transfer, excluding shipping costs (unless the product is originally defective).

Bank details are not recorded or retained on the Trameecolori.it website, but are stored in a secure database of the bank used by Trame e Colori srls, which appears on the transaction page exclusively for the purposes of the commercial transaction.
Although Trame e Colori srls has taken all possible precautions to ensure the security of personal data, it should be noted that data transmission over the internet is never completely secure and that any information shared online could be collected and used by parties other than the intended recipients.

The Trameecolori.it website may contain imperfections, and Trame e Colori srls does not guarantee that they will be corrected.
The Trameecolori.it website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
By using the site, the User assumes all risks associated with such use and assumes full responsibility for any loss of use, data loss, and costs incurred for support and repairs of the hardware and/or software used in connection with the site. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law and are written in the Italian language.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the place of residence or domicile of the customer.
